This Refund & Withdrawal Policy applies to all digital products sold by MindGrid Studio.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on this website are digital content delivered electronically.

No physical goods are shipped.

After successful payment, digital products are made available for immediate download or access.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium if:

  • Performance has begun,
  • You have given prior express consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period, and
  • You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

3. Loss of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By completing a purchase on this website, you:

  • Expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content, and
  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.

Delivery begins immediately after payment is successfully completed.

Once digital content has been delivered or accessed, the contract is considered fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once:

  • The file has been downloaded, or
  • Access to the digital content has been granted.

However, refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Corrupted or defective files
  • Technical issues preventing access
  • Incorrect product delivered

5. If Delivery Has Not Yet Begun

If, for any reason, digital content has not yet been delivered and you have not accessed the product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase.

6. Non-EU Customers

For customers residing outside the European Union, all digital product sales are final once delivery has begun.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical error or duplicate purchase.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence of download or access to the payment provider
  • Suspend access to purchased products
  • Restrict future purchases

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issue promptly.
